A second-cycle Management graduate is prepared to use modern methods  and organizational techniques in field of company's organization and management. A distinctive feature of graduates profile is a good basic knowledge of all areas of modern company. Knowledge of financial, staffing, economic, organizational and social problems as well as computer decision-making support will allow the skillful cooperation with the specialists operating in the company. 
The structure of modules and their specific content is formed to enable graduates to perform organizational functions on all the levels of enterprise management, regardless of its size and nature, both in state-owned enterprises, and small and medium-sized private companies, where the management requires a direct organization and managerial skills. A graduate is able to: 
-active use of knowledge acquired during the study and its application in business practice, 
-critical analysis and evaluation of phenomena 
-evaluation of analyzed events, 
-diagnosis and assessment of the problems in business practice, 
-use clear and precise language.

Terminating first cycle studies in engineering

The goal of educating is to provide expertise in areas of strategic management, human resources, management concepts, strategies and brand and marketing management, accounting management. It should also permit graduates to obtain the ability to use knowledge, acquire and select of information, use communication and presentation skills, work in teams, conduct research, research an independent information sources as well as solve problems independently.

Graduates may continue their education in third cycle studies.

The final examination consists of two parts: the first- presentation of diploma thesis, the second- answering questions devoted to the presented diploma thesis and to the whole study. The final result visible in diploma,  is expressed in words according to the Rules of Study at the Technical University of Lodz and is the sum of three components: 60% of the weighted average of all the grades achieved during the study, 20% of the grade for the diploma thesis, 20% of the grade for the final exam.
